Relationships

Depression, fear, anxiety, and anger are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, you will be able to help recover your motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.

Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. As a trained EMDR therapist, I can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.

Relationship counseling can be beneficial to those looking to strengthen their emotional connection or reduce conflicts with family, friends, or partner.

LGBT

There are unique challenges for the LGBT community.  As a gay therapist, I understand these challenges and will work with you to overcome these challenges in your interpersonal life.

Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome

Being in a relationship with a narcissistic can be an extremely emotionally devastating experience.  I have extensive knowledge and experience with Narcissistic Personality Disorder and treating those who have been involved with them.

Video Visits Available

I'm thrilled to be offering you secure video visits. While I love it when you visit me in the office, I understand that it's not always convenient to do so. Video visits allow you to receive the same quality care as you do in the office without taking time off work or when you are out of town.
